Marketing Strategy
To revitalize @smartplanthome’s stagnant Twitter presence, I developed a 30-day content strategy aimed at increasing impressions, expanding reach, and improving engagement. Prior to the strategy, the account averaged 5–6K impressions per month with minimal interaction.
The optimized strategy I focused on:
Increasing tweet volume by 50%
Introducing a consistent comedic and conversational tone
Designing educational graphics aligned with trending topics
Strengthening hashtag usage to improve discoverability
Creating at least one “trend-aligned” tweet per week
Results: Within 30 days, impressions increased from 5.2K to 29K, showcasing a significant improvement in visibility and audience interaction through consistent, strategic content.
Content Refresh & Brand Voice Alignment
I evaluate existing posts and identified inconsistencies in tone and posting cadence. To create a cohesive brand experience, I redesigned the weekly content calendar to balance humor, education, and product storytelling. This refreshed approach strengthened the brand voice, increased user interactions, and encouraged repeat engagement.
